Hi, I'm Taşkın Köksalan

I was born in 1977 in Hamburg, Germany. I completed my primary education in Germany and moved to Turkey where I completed my secondary and university education at Ankara Çankaya Anadolu High School and Hacettepe University (Department of Linguistics), respectively. 

I was deeply impressed by Linguist Prof. John Grinder's research on language - thought - emotion - behavior interaction and performance modelling and NLP. This took me on a lifelong journey of discovery and development in NLP, communication and behavioral sciences.

In 2001, I moved back to Germany to major in Psychology at Darmstadt Technical University where I also attended with my first Training in NLP and Gestalt Psychotherapy.

In 2002, I graduated from the "Studienkreis für Tourismus und Entwicklung e.V" education and received the title "Intercultural Teacher”

After successfully graduating as a NLP Master Practitioner from the International Association of NLP Professionals INLPTA, I completed the NLP Trainer Training held by the German NLP Association DVNLP.

In 2005, I successfully met all necessary criteria to became a licensed Trainer as "NLP Lehrtrainer - DVNLP".

After taking additional trainings and workshops in professional coaching, systemic constellation work, hypnosis and integrative tools like kinesiology, EMI, EMDR and EFT, I moved back to Turkey, where I founded “NLP Academy Turkey, NLP Training and Research Institute” that is offering NLP Trainings with the highest level of national and international NLP training standards.

Since 2017 I'm authorized as Master Trainer in NLP, Coaching and Hypnosis...

I enjoy holding seminars, especially focusing on communication, self-esteem and personal growth with NLP. In the last 16 years, I have given over 2.500 days of training and had the privilege of getting to know and support people of all ages with different types of challenges.

People from different disciplines such as managers, sales representatives, students, moderators, computer scientists, professors, doctors, mothers, boards of directors, traditional healers etc. attend my seminars and lectures.

My Vision

Truly speaking, NLP is still not well known in Turkey unfortunately (see my article: NLP in Turkey). As a NLP Trainer, my aim is to support the healthy and scientific development of NLP in Turkey. This will only be possible with well trained NLP practitioners. Therefore, I feel responsible for the training of new generation NLP practitioners with the highest NLP education standards acknowledged around the world.

With the NLP Academy Turkey Education and Research Institute work program, we want to reach as many people as possible. I want to create a modern information sharing and development platform where NLP professionals can come together and benefit from each other.

I often re-experience the value that NLP adds to human engineering, communication and behavioral sciences every day. I am very excited to imagine what NLP can offer and contribute to our community in the coming years. I would like to share this excitement with everyone.
